As Summer Approaches…

As the summer heat approaches, we give thanks for an incredible April and May with cool mornings and evenings! We hope all of you had opportunity to see the Lunar eclipse and glimpse at God’s consistent handiwork.

Our discovery series has certainly been challenging and allowed us to rethink some of interpretations on Scriptural intent. Our consistency in truly carrying out the biblical instructions certainly has been deferred to what is comfortable for us rather than intended by God. From head coverings to hair length, from greeting with holy kisses to hand shaking or even wearing masks and fist pumping, we are at best inconsistent at times.

In all of this, the intentions of Paul, the intentions of the disciples, the intentions of our Lord Jesus the Christ, the intention of God is that mankind would have a relationship with Gods kingdom and enter salvation with baptism and a life on earth that is CONTINUALLY changing to follow and live our Lord’s teaching and to reach a world that is lost. Let’s remember our purpose in all we do and may God bless our efforts in reaching the lost!
